Job Description
The initial ER schedule is a swing shift, Thursday–Sunday, offering protected weekdays while still playing a pivotal role in hospital growth. As the first doctor on-site, you’ll be instrumental in establishing ER workflows, medical protocols, and staffing models, laying the foundation for a scalable emergency service line.
You’ll practice in a modern, well-maintained facility with advanced diagnostics, including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab, and surgical capability. While you’ll have clinical autonomy, you’ll also be supported by regional leadership, marketing, and operational teams, ensuring the hospital grows sustainably and successfully.
This role is designed for a DVM who wants to leave a legacy, with long-term financial incentives, profit sharing, and leadership bonuses aligned with hospital performance.

- You hold (or are eligible for) a license in California
- ER or urgent care experience with confidence as a solo clinician

- Calm, communicative, and decisive in high-pressure cases
- Competitive ProSal compensation ($200k–$230k MD track)
