- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Texas
- Several years of clinical experience with strong surgical skills
- Enjoys leading, mentoring, and supporting veterinary teams

- Excellent earning potential with a base salary up to $170K + production (no negative accrual)
