As Lead Veterinarian, you’ll practice alongside a close-knit team of four experienced DVMs, while also shaping how medicine is delivered across the hospital. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring, setting clinical direction, and being a steady, supportive presence for other doctors. Cases range from preventive care to advanced diagnostics and procedures, giving you plenty of opportunities to stay clinically sharp while guiding others to do the same.
