Job Description
Lead a well-established, AAHA-accredited, Fear Free™ certified small animal hospital located in the heart of Baltimore, MD.
This is a rare opportunity for a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine, mentorship, and shaping clinical standards within a collaborative, community-focused practice.
The hospital has a loyal and engaged client base, known for its compassionate approach and strong emphasis on communication and Fear Free handling. You’ll be joining a seasoned veterinary team that values shared decision-making, professional respect, and continuous improvement. The practice sees a diverse caseload of dogs, cats, and occasional exotic patients, offering both variety and clinical depth.
As Medical Director, you will continue to practice hands-on veterinary medicine while setting medical standards, mentoring veterinarians, and shaping the hospital’s long-term clinical direction. You’ll work closely with hospital leadership to support team development, enhance workflows, and maintain a positive, inclusive culture where people and patients thrive.
