We’re partnering with an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina, to recruit a Medical Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice. You’ll work a consistent four-day week with no weekend requirements, seeing a varied caseload of preventative medicine, surgery and dentistry while helping recruit, mentor and develop future associates. Whether you’re passionate about coaching younger veterinarians, developing hospital protocols, or creating a positive workplace culture, you’ll have the freedom and support to make a genuine impact.

DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in North Carolina
