We’re looking for a veterinarian who wants to step into a pivotal leadership role at their AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Coloma Charter Township, MI.
This is a super opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about clinical excellence and ready to influence the direction, standards, and culture of a thriving hospital.
This hospital has built an outstanding reputation within the local community through high-quality medicine and genuine client relationships. As Medical Director, you won’t just practice great medicine, you’ll set the standard for it. You’ll mentor associate veterinarians, champion best practices, and partner closely with the Practice Manager to ensure both clinical and operational success.
You’ll be supported with leadership training, specialist consultation, and structured development programmes. This allows you to maintain autonomy in your hospital while benefiting from mentorship as you transition into this leadership position.

- Lead an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital with a great reputation

- Partner with the Practice Manager on hospital strategy and financial performance
- Lead monthly doctor meetings and drive continuous clinical improvement
- Oversee mentorship and externship programmes

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold a Michigan State License or have the ability to obtain one
- Minimum 2+ years of small animal clinical experience

- Interested in (or experienced with) hospital performance and operational metrics
