Job Description
We’re proud to partner with a long-standing, full-service small-animal hospital in Concord, NC, seeking an experienced Medical Lead Veterinarian to join their compassionate team.
This 4-DVM hospital has been serving its community since 1996 and is known for providing personalized care with exceptional hospitality.
The practice offers a collaborative and supportive environment with a strong focus on teamwork, client education, and continuity of care. You’ll find a modern, well-equipped facility featuring 4 exam rooms, an isolation suite, and a comfort room, with plans for expansion. The hospital utilizes Avimark software, IDEXX diagnostics (in-house and reference), Lasercyte, Sedivue, and Catalyst analyzers, digital dental and DR x-ray, and a Navi Vet ultrasound. A spacious surgical suite supports a wide range of soft tissue and general surgical procedures.
This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys both leadership and hands-on clinical work. You’ll oversee medical quality, mentor colleagues, and shape the direction of patient care—while being supported by an experienced hospital manager and loyal client base.
