- Sign-on and retention bonus up to $50,000
- Compensation starting at $130,000–$145,000 (DOE) + production + bonuses
- Opportunity to influence practice direction and clinical standards
- A DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado
- Experienced in small animal general practice, surgery, and/or emergency care
- Interested in contributing to innovative practice improvements and culture building
- Passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care
