Our clients, a well-established and newly renovated veterinary hospital in Henderson, Nevada, are searching for an ambitious Associate Veterinarian ready to take on a rewarding and influential role as a Medical Director.
Whether you’re an experienced leader or an associate with a passion for growth, this is your chance to join a forward-thinking team that’s redefining modern veterinary care. This would be a hands-on clinical role with additional Medical Director responsibilities, typically in a 80% clinical, 20% management ratio.

From advanced surgical suites to digital radiology and laser therapy, every inch of the practice supports high-quality medicine and a seamless workflow. You’ll be supported by a dynamic, collaborative team with exceptional staff-to-doctor ratios, giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best—delivering outstanding care. We are looking for a new Medical Director to join the team on an ideal 4-day working week, with no after-hours, emergency, or on-call work.

- Modern equipment including digital radiology, ultrasound, dental suite, and Class IV laser
- 4 exam rooms including a cat-only room, feline ward, and a spacious treatment area
- Dedicated doctor’s office with direct sightlines to patient care areas
- EMR and Scribenote use for efficient documentation
- 1:1 Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to doctor ratio with 2:1 overall support staff
