We’re representing a long-standing small-animal hospital in Houston, TX, which has been a cornerstone of the local community since the 1950s. Recently renovated, this 5,400 sq ft facility blends history with modern capability, featuring a dedicated surgical suite, digital x-ray and dental imaging, ultrasound, and a fully equipped IDEXX in-house laboratory.
The team here is known for its efficiency, compassion, and commitment to quality care. With an upbeat, collaborative culture and experienced staff, they pride themselves on supporting both new graduates and seasoned associates. As Medical Director, you’ll oversee clinical standards, shape hospital protocols, and mentor a team of engaged doctors and technicians—all while maintaining a strong clinical presence.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary state license in Texas
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with solid surgical and diagnostic skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and dependability

- Guaranteed base salary between $140,000 – $170,000 + production (no negative accrual)
