- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Hold a Michigan State License or have the ability to obtain one
- Leadership experience desired but not essential (support and training available!)
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Confident in surgical and medical skills
- Interest in mentorship
