Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who is ready to step into (or continue flourishing in) a leadership role while still enjoying regular time on the floor practicing high-quality medicine.
This hospital is part of an independent group known for its commitment to patients, pet parents, and the people who care for them. The facility itself is modern, bright, and equipped with strong diagnostic capabilities, dedicated surgical and dental spaces, and a highly trained support team that keeps each day running smoothly. You’ll be leading a team of two veterinarians supported by a skilled technical staff that is comfortable handling complex cases and maintaining efficient patient flow.
There are no weekends, no after-hours, and no emergency shifts, allowing you to step into clinical and leadership responsibilities without compromising your work–life balance. As Medical Director, you’ll have a voice in medical standards, team culture, workflow improvement, and clinical protocols, with full support from a leadership team. Whether you thrive on mentorship, enjoy training new graduates, or love elevating medical quality across a practice, you’ll find abundant room to make an impact here.
A competitive salary package (base between $165,000-$180,000 + leadership stipend + production), sign-on eligibility, relocation assistance, and a generous suite of benefits ensure you’re supported both personally and professionally.
