Job Description
We are working on behalf of a well established small animal hospital on the Upper East Side of New York, NY that is looking for a Medical Director to lead its cat and dog practice.
This is a well-organized, tight knit team, with several members who have been with the hospital for more than eight years and who make a real difference to the working day. Doctors are scheduled two assistants per shift for appointments, with additional team members always on hand to help. The hospital is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, digital dental radiography, and an in-house lab, and all radiographs and lab work are sent out for specialist interpretation with a quick turnaround.
Patient care and safety come first, and the practice has used hands free radiology since 2019. The location is hard to beat, less than a block from a major subway stop, making the commute simple.
