We’re partnering with a respected, multi-doctor hospital in Placentia, CA, that’s looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to take the next step into a Medical Director role.

This established 3-DVM practice operates within a modern, well-equipped facility featuring an in-house lab, digital radiography, and advanced diagnostic tools to support efficient, accurate care. As Medical Director, you’ll oversee the hospital’s medical operations, implement and refine clinical protocols, and work closely with the practice manager on growth and strategy. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the hospital’s medical direction while being supported by a broader network that values innovation, professional development, and work-life balance.

DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California
3+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred

Strong communicator with a desire to lead by example
