Job Description
The hospital itself is a stand-alone, contemporary facility with updated diagnostics, including digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and modern surgical and dental capabilities.
Initially, you’ll be the first doctor on-site, so confidence in practicing independently is essential, but you won’t be alone. You’ll be backed by regional and central support teams covering operations, marketing, HR, and outreach, allowing you to focus on medicine and leadership rather than bureaucracy.
This role offers the chance to establish medical protocols, hire and mentor your future doctor team, and shape hospital culture from day one. The longer-term vision includes a 5-year growth plan focused on expanding services, adding additional doctors, and strengthening community integration. Financially, the package is built to reward leadership and long-term commitment, with profit sharing, Medical Director bonuses, and no negative accrual in year one.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California
- Confident GP clinician comfortable practicing initially as a solo doctor
- Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term hospital growth
- Strong communicator who values high medical standards and teamwork
