Our partners are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their thriving and progressive practice just outside of Sacramento, CA.
This modern, well-equipped hospital sees a diverse caseload of small animals and exotic species, with a strong emphasis on avian, reptile, and wildlife medicine. With a spacious, state-of-the-art facility, a collaborative and supportive team, and no weekends or after-hours emergencies, this opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance for the right candidate. With just 4 days per week required, with no weekends, after-hours or emergency – what’s not to love?
This is an exciting role for a veterinarian passionate about exotic medicine who is eager to join a hospital where 50% of the patient base includes birds of prey, parrots, reptiles, wildlife, and small mammals. The practice offers extensive opportunities to further develop interests in falconry, exotic care, and advanced diagnostic workups, supported by a highly experienced team and access to excellent local referral centers.

- Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $175,000 per year with production bonus
