We’re seeking a dynamic, Medical Director to lead the team at our partners beautiful hospital based in San Jose, CA. A proud AAHA, feline friendly, fear-free certified hospital, committed to maintaining an incredibly high standard, modern hospital providing the best possible care to their patients!
As a leader within the hospital, you will have all the guidance and resources you’ll ever need to shine as a leader, working alongside 4 other experienced DVMs, along with a fantastic tech, management and support team, the hospital is yours for the leading!
Enjoy an awesome work-life balance, with no weekends required and just 3 or 4 days per week. Your schedule will be set so no nasty last-minute surprises, along with no afterhours or emergencies! - Have a dedicated tech by your side within each 30 minute appointment.
- A classical GP hospital with interesting cases coming in daily!
- Enjoy collaborating with other DVMs and having full support from tech and management teams!
- Flexible scheduling, with 3 or 4 days per week
- No weekends required!
- No afterhours or emergencies required, a true work-life balance!
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent.
- To hold or have a California veterinary board license which MUST be in good standing.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best outcome to their patients and their owners.

- Amazing salary between $200,000-$250,000 dependent upon experience.
