We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Medical Director to lead a well-established small animal hospital in South Windsor, CT.

You’ll oversee medical quality, support doctor development, partner with the Hospital Manager on operational and financial performance, and help nurture a thriving culture that places people first. This position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and sign-on bonus of $75,000.

- Salary range $150,000–$165,000 + production and generous sign-on bonus
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Connecticut
- 4+ years of clinical experience; prior leadership experience preferred but not required
- Confident in general practice medicine, surgery, and dentistry
- A supportive leader who values communication, team development, and high-quality care
- Competitive base salary between $150,000–$165,000 + production
