Job Description
Progressive, AAHA-accredited small-animal hospital delivering high-quality general practice medicine and same-day urgent and emergency care is seeking its next leader.
The hospital is purpose-built to support excellent medicine, efficient workflows, and a collaborative team environment where veterinarians thrive.
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing comprehensive medicine and has the opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the ongoing development of a growing GP + urgent care service. While the position is primarily clinical, there is scope for leadership involvement for those interested in stepping into a Medical Lead-style role.
You’ll work alongside an experienced technical and support team, supported by strong hospital leadership and regional clinical resources. The focus is on delivering outstanding patient care, maintaining high medical standards, and creating a workplace where veterinarians feel supported, heard, and excited about their careers.
If you’re looking for a role that combines variety, autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth, without sacrificing work-life balance, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
