We are proud to be partnering with a well-established, modern veterinary hospital in Georgia that has been serving its community since 1996. They are seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian to join their team!
In 2012, the hospital moved into a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility designed with both patient care and team well-being in mind. Today, it boasts an impressive suite of technology, including digital radiography, dental x-ray, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and advanced anesthesia monitoring.

The Lead Veterinarian role is central to guiding medical standards and fostering an engaged, high-performing team. Alongside your clinical work, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the hospital’s culture, mentoring associate doctors, and driving continued growth.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Georgia
- At least 3 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
- Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing teams
