Job Description
Small animal hospital in Parker, Colorado, is seeking a Medical Lead Veterinarian.
This is a full-service practice that has been part of the community for over a decade. The caseload includes wellness, surgery, diagnostics, and a steady level of urgent care. It is a busy but manageable environment where cases are worked up properly.
The team includes four veterinarians and an experienced Practice Manager. The hospital is stable and well-run. The lead veterinarian is expected to support the team, help guide clinical standards, and be involved in day-to-day decision making.
The work is a mix of routine and more involved cases. You will have access to additional support when you need it, and we trust your clinical judgment. The focus is on doing good medicine without unnecessary pressure.
Parker offers a more relaxed pace of life with access to Denver when needed. It is a practical location for work-life balance.
• 4-DVM team with consistent support staff
• Mix of general practice, surgery, and urgent care cases
• Leadership role with input on how the hospital operates

• DVM or equivalent with a current license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Comfortable with general medicine and surgery
• Interest in mentoring and supporting other vets
• Good communication with clients and team
