Job Description
We are working on behalf of a well established small animal hospital in Weston, FL that is looking to welcome a part time Associate Veterinarian to its team.
The practice has been caring for pets in the local community for close to 25 years and has built a loyal client base over that time. The hospital operates out of a 6,000 square foot facility with five exam rooms and is well equipped for quality general practice, including ultrasound, surgical laser, digital radiography, and dental radiography.
You will be supported by an experienced Medical Director and a long serving technician team, several of whom have been with the practice since it first opened, which makes for a steady and genuinely collaborative day to day environment.
The part time schedule offers real flexibility, with hours available across a seven day operation, so this suits a veterinarian who wants to keep practicing good medicine while working around other commitments. Weston sits in Broward County, a short drive from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the beaches of Southeast Florida, and is regularly named one of the best places in the state to live and raise a family.
Nearby communities include Sunrise, Plantation, Davie, and Pembroke Pines. The team is looking for someone who enjoys teaching, keeps learning, and builds honest relationships with clients and colleagues.
