Job Description
Atlas is excited to be working with a progressive veterinary group that’s redefining how pet care is delivered across the country. Their Charlotte location is looking to welcome a motivated veterinarian into their Partner program—an opportunity that blends leadership, ownership upside, and the support of a highly skilled team.
This is not a traditional associate role. As a Partner Veterinarian, you’ll have the chance to lead a care team, drive clinical standards, and share directly in the success of your hospital. With state-of-the-art facilities, advanced technology, and robust operational support, you’ll be free to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional medicine and building lasting client relationships.
The Partner model is unique: you gain equity ownership in the wider group, along with profit sharing in your own hospital, without a buy-in requirement. That means you enjoy the benefits of ownership without the risk or financial burden of starting from scratch. Beyond that, you’ll join a network of supportive Partner Veterinarians nationwide, with collaboration and mentorship opportunities at every stage of your career.
- Partner Veterinarian role with equity ownership & profit sharing (no buy-in required)
- Modern, tech-forward hospital with a connected ecosystem of in-person, mobile, and virtual care

- Focus on Fear Free and low-stress handling methods
- Access to a supportive network of Partner DVMs nationwide
- Career progression pathways from Associate to Partner with no ceiling on growth
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in North Carolina
- Strong believer in preventative care and the gold-standard approach to pet health
- Positive, compassionate team player who communicates effectively
- Thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment and embraces continuous learning
- Competitive compensation package with equity ownership
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision insurance for DVMs
- Generous PTO policy—no on-call or late nights
- Professional liability insurance, licensure & memberships fully covered
- CE allowance, Fear Free certification, and professional development support
