Job Description
We’re representing a fabulous opportunity with an innovative veterinary group that’s changing the way urgent care is delivered across the US. They are building a network of modern, purpose-driven urgent care practices — and they’re inviting experienced veterinarians to help shape that vision from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity for entrepreneurial veterinarians to step into a Medical Director role with immediate ownership potential and no out-of-pocket investment required. You’ll work with our client to open a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the location of your choice. You’ll lead your own team, shape the culture, and deliver high-quality medicine — all while being supported by a seasoned operations team that handles the business side, so you can stay focused on what you do best.
What sets this opportunity apart is the clinical autonomy, flexibility, and partnership-first approach. You’ll have the freedom to practice your way, backed by a company that’s committed to trust, transparency, and long-term success.
Whether you’re ready to launch your own clinic now or you’re curious about what ownership could look like in the future, we’d love to connect.
