- Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for licensure
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, preventative veterinary care

- A collaborative team player who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Motivated lead, continue learning and embrace new technology and innovations within veterinary medicine
- Leadership or management experience is preferred, along with an enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting other veterinary staff
- Incredible straight-salary model $170,000 – $210,000
