Job Description
Our clients are preparing to launch a brand-new, modern small-animal hospital in a highly established coastal community within the next month and are seeking a Partner Veterinarian/Founding Medical Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the hospital from day one.
This is not a typical associate position. The incoming veterinarian will be instrumental in defining the medical standards, culture, and long-term direction of the practice, while stepping into a true partnership opportunity with significant equity ownership. The ownership group is handling real estate, build-out, and operational infrastructure, allowing the clinical leader to focus on medicine, team development, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The hospital is being designed with quality-focused, progressive medicine at its core. The layout will include multiple modern exam rooms, a fully equipped surgical suite, and advanced diagnostics.
With the clinic scheduled to open in the next month, the successful candidate will join early enough to influence everything from equipment purchasing and protocol development to hiring and mentoring the veterinary team. This role is ideally suited to an experienced veterinarian ready to transition into leadership, ownership, and long-term wealth creation, without the burden of upfront capital investment.
