The founder and leadership team consists of DVMs with decades of experience who want to make positive, modern changes to the industry. They want to ensure their veterinarians have a voice and are heard. They will encourage you to make your own clinical decisions and provide you with an abundance of support when needed. You will be given enough time to perform your clinical duties as well as your leadership responsibilities whilst being supported by a dedicated business partner for the site to work together in building a clinic into an exemplary hospital for the Scottsdale community.
Performing high-quality medicine with integrity is essential in this clinic, you will always be scheduled ample time to see appointments ensuring you have the time to build long-lasting relationships with your clients. You will be heavily rewarded for your efforts with an incredible straight salary of up to $220,000 plus incredible profit share options – especially as the company is in a significant period of growth. - You will see a fantastic ratio of 2-3 Veterinary Technicians to Doctors
- The practice adopts a Fear-free approach to pet interaction and handling, ensuring all DVMs are certified.
- Supportive DVM-Leadership team who will listen to your ideas, concerns and input while supporting you to achieve your goals.
- The hospital will provide a full GP and Urgent Care service, and you will be encouraged to develop your skills in accordance with your own clinical interests.
- Valuing a strong work-life balance, you will work four days a week with weekends on a fair schedule, never working more than four days in one week.

- Possess an AVMA-accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Hold an Arizona State Veterinary Board license in good standing or have the ability to obtain one if relocating to the area.
- You will ideally be at least five years post-graduation and hold some management/leadership experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Show a genuine passion for veterinary care and a commitment to professional growth within the industry.
- Prioritize Fear-free or low-stress handling techniques in your approach to pet care.
- Straight-salary model ranging from $160,000 to $220,000 depending on experience (Senior positions available)
