They understand what it takes to enhance job satisfaction firsthand. You have a unique chance to be involved in the grand opening, helping to build the team and shape the clinic from the ground up.
As a partner veterinarian, you’ll be free to make clinical decisions, lead and build your team, and foster a culture of collaboration and dedication to the profession. The success of the clinics in neighbouring states, is now transcending with a handful of exceptional clinics launching in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio with exciting plans for more clinics across the US.

The technological offerings are unparalleled, setting them apart from local competitors. You’ll have access to cutting-edge technology to simplify your job, while pet parents can access their companions’ medical records and receive telehealth support and other useful information through a user-friendly application.

- You will have ample support from your team, with a ratio of 2-3 Vet Techs per DVM.
- The practice adopts a Fear-free approach to pet interaction and handling, ensuring all DVMs are certified.
- Valuing work-life balance, you’ll enjoy a four-day workweek with equitable weekend schedules, potentially reducing overtime as the team grows.
