Atlas Consultancy Group is super excited to be working with a group of well-established veterinary hospitals in the Greater Chicago area that are seeking a Regional Medical Director to join their leadership team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who’s passionate about mentorship, clinical excellence, and elevating veterinary care across multiple locations.
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the medical quality, team development, and strategic direction of several hospitals within the Chicago area. Working closely with operational leaders and hospital teams, you’ll support and inspire veterinarians to reach their full potential, all whilst ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care. This role strikes the perfect balance between clinical leadership and strategic influence—with the chance to shape the culture, standards, and future of veterinary medicine across a network of thriving veterinary hospitals.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- Proven leadership or mentorship background
