Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a high-impact leadership role across a network of established hospitals in the Los Angeles and San Diego regions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on mentoring others, strengthening clinical teams, and shaping the future of veterinary medicine at a regional level.
In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical partner to multiple hospitals, working closely with veterinarians and leadership teams to elevate standards of care and support sustainable growth. Our hospitals are modern, well-equipped, and supported by a broader group that is committed to continuous investment in facilities, technology, and people. You’ll have the chance to work alongside collaborative, engaged teams who value clinical excellence and are eager to learn and develop.
Rather than a traditional top-down leadership role, this position is centered on partnership. You’ll be present in hospitals—building strong relationships, coaching doctors, and ensuring teams feel supported in delivering high-quality care. Alongside a Regional Operations Director, you’ll help align medical strategy with operational success, contributing to both patient outcomes and team satisfaction.
This is also a key role in shaping the future workforce—supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development of veterinarians across the region, as well as contributing to externship and internship programs.
