- You must be a veterinarian with a DVM or equivalent degree
- NC State License in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as a veterinarian practicing in the US
- Ideally, you will have good business acumen and an interest in the logistical, operational, and financial aspects of running a business
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Enjoy building strong, long-lasting bonds with your clients
- Autonomy to practice medicine and run a hospital how you see fit with dedicated support
