Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Hold an Indiana State Licence or have the ability to obtain one
You bring at least 4+ years of experience in general practice or surgery
Leadership experience is a plus, but most importantly, you are dedicated to fostering a united and progressive culture
Committed to practicing high clinical standards and delivering compassionate care
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm for mentorship
