This is a rare chance for a veterinarian with leadership ambitions to step into an ownership role—without a cash buy-in—while helping to build a practice that sets new standards for medicine, culture, and growth.
This modern hospital, nestled in the heart of Hutto, TX, offers everything you need to thrive as both a clinician and leader. You’ll co-own a newly constructed facility equipped with digital dental radiography, ultrasound, EMR, and advanced tools like therapeutic lasers. The building itself is thoughtfully designed for flow and function, with separate suites for surgery, X-ray, dentals, dogs, and cats—plus multiple exam rooms and room for future expansion.

- Must hold a DVM degree from an AVMA accredited University
- Hold a Texas State License in good standing
- Have previous leadership experience and a desire to own and manage your own clinic!

- Have strong business acumen
- Negotiable base salary up to $230K plus bonuses and no negative accrual
