Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join a privately owned, small animal Hospital in Mansfield, OH.
If you’re driven, friendly, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy a varied, small animal caseload, we want to hear from you!
This exciting opportunity can be offered to a new graduate doctor looking to start their career, build their knowledge and experience with the support of a knowledgeable team. Alternatively, a seasoned doctor looking to take the next step of their career, would make a fabulous addition to this well-established team.
Here at Atlas, we have partnered with a rapidly growing family-owned Hospital that recently transitioned into a brand-new purpose-built clinic. The clinic features spacious exam rooms, a full surgical and dental suite, and in-house amenities, including digital and dental radiographs and ultrasound.
The Hospital is well-equipped and able to offer a comprehensive range of veterinary care services, including advanced surgical and medical options in-house, as well as physical therapy and integrative medicine opportunities. Endoscopy facilities will be added soon.

- You must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from an AVMA-accredited University or equivalent.
- To hold an Ohio State license in good standing (or the ability to obtain one if you are relocating to the area)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and colleagues
- Enjoy collaboration with other doctors and veterinary staff
- Thrives in a busy working environment
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to 4 weeks PTO
- Base salary up to $160,000 depending on experience with opportunity for pro sal once established
