This hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care that is both affordable and accessible to all members of the community. With three modern clinics spanning over 10,000 square feet each, each offers a unique alternative to the typical practice setting. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in leading the team and ensuring the delivery of top-tier veterinary care.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, training protocol development, clinic operations management, mentoring, and more. This role offers a perfect blend of clinical practice and managerial leadership, with the majority of your time dedicated to the latter – no more juggling being a Veterinarian and a leader! - Work a 4-day week, always wrapping up by 5-5:30 pm

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- North Carolina Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Passionate about mentoring new and recent graduates (experience in doing so preferred)
