Due to the success of the hospital, they are facing a period of growth, increasing their headcount and investing back into the clinic with additional exam rooms, the latest technology, and facilities so they can continue providing the highest level of care to their patients.

As the Medical Director, you will lead the hospital into its next chapter by leading the team of veterinarians and support staff, providing support when needed, and utilizing your business acumen to increase the clinic’s efficiency. You will champion the strong culture and values of the importance of client education, transparency, and compassion. You will also be heavily involved in the recruitment of future doctors and support staff for the clinic. By having the trust and support of a senior DVM leadership team, you will be given the autonomy to make decisions in the clinic and practice the medicine you know and love.

The beautiful, stand-alone clinic is home to an array of facilities offering full service to the Chandler community. This includes digital radiology with radiologists’ interpretation, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, Phovia light therapy, in-house laboratory, an AI reporting system, and being equipped to deal with many internal medicine, emergency, and urgent care cases. In addition to cats and dogs, the clinic also sees a handful of pocket pets, including rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters. The hospital is also open to marketing additional services should you have a specific clinical interest.
