An exceptional opportunity is available for a confident Veterinarian seeking a leadership role in a dynamic, friendly, multi-doctor hospital in one of Arizona’s most highly-rated cities! This small-animal general practice clinic in Tucson has been serving the community for over 30 years, cultivating an impressive, loyal, and growing client base. Due to the clinic’s success, they are experiencing growth, expanding their team, and reinvesting in the clinic with additional exam rooms, state-of-the-art technology, and facilities to continue providing top-notch care to their patients.
The beautiful, standalone clinic is equipped with a variety of facilities offering comprehensive services to the Tucson community. These include digital radiology with radiologist interpretation, digital dental radiology, ultrasound, Phovia light therapy, an in-house laboratory, and an AI reporting system. It is also equipped to handle numerous internal medicine, emergency, and urgent care cases. Besides cats and dogs, the clinic also treats a small number of pocket pets, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters. The hospital is open to promoting additional services if you have a specific clinical interest.
As the Medical Director, you will guide the hospital into its next phase by leading the team of veterinarians and support staff, offering support when necessary, and using your business acumen to enhance the clinic’s efficiency. You will uphold the strong culture and values emphasizing the importance of client education, transparency, and compassion. You will also play a significant role in recruiting future doctors and support staff for the clinic. With the trust and backing of a senior DVM leadership team, you will have the autonomy to make decisions in the clinic and practice the medicine you are passionate about.

- Possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Hold an Arizona State Veterinary Board license in good standing

- Enjoy educating clients, being diagnostic, and passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients and their pets
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a Veterinarian, with some leadership experience and strong business acumen
- Earn a base salary of up to $150,000, plus 22% production and regular director bonuses
