Are you a new or recent graduate veterinarian searching for a supportive environment to help you develop your skills in general practice? Then this is for you!
We are partnered with a thriving primary care hospital based in Oyster Bay, Long Island NY, who are seeking a recent graduate to join their team. The practice receives consistent 5* star reviews for its compassionate, thorough, and friendly service, making it one of the highest rated general practice hospitals on the whole of Long Island.
The caseload is varied small animals, giving you an exciting array of cases to get involved in at your own pace, including routine surgeries, consultations, medical work ups, nutrition, preventative and senior pet care.
The Medical Director has over 15 years of experience and is a fantastic mentor; patient, knowledgeable, and proficient in all areas of primary care. You would have lots of 1 on 1 mentoring with the Medical Director to help you find your feet from the moment you walk through the door. There is ongoing career development and training plans to set you up for long term success in your career.
