For over two decades, this hospital has been a trusted part of the community, and today it offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate veterinarian to start their career in a supportive, well-equipped, and collaborative environment!
The hospital recently underwent a full remodel and now boasts three spacious exam rooms, an advanced surgery suite, and a range of modern diagnostics—including digital dental radiography, ultrasound, full-body X-ray, and two therapeutic lasers. Surgeries are typically scheduled in the mornings, with appointments in the afternoon, and Saturdays are limited to morning appointments only. Every day, 12pm–2pm is blocked out for SOAP notes and callbacks, helping you leave work on time.
The team includes two experienced doctors and a skilled 2:1 technician-to-doctor support ratio who are all committed to providing high-quality veterinary medicine. You’ll benefit from dedicated one-on-one mentorship, with the practice owner and team committed to guiding you through your first year and beyond with no production pressure. Whether you want to hone your surgical skills, build confidence in complex cases, or develop strong client relationships, you’ll have the support and resources to succeed.

- You will have a fantastically varied caseload of GP medicine as well as occasional urgent care or emergencies during business hours with full support from the team
- Hold a DVM degree to practice Veterinary Medicine in the US (or be close to graduating veterinary school!)
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Missouri
- Passionate about building lasting client relationships and providing high-standards of medicine
- Compassionate, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Willingness to develop skills in soft tissue surgery
- Competitive base salary plus 22% production – typical earnings $130,000–$160,000
