- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Florida
- Minimum of 4–5 years of veterinary experience with strong surgical skills preferred
- Comfortable in a leadership role with a desire to mentor and support your team
- Enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of veterinary care
