You’ll be supported by a skilled and compassionate team, including experienced technicians and a highly capable practice manager who will partner with you to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
As Medical Director, you’ll have the freedom to influence hospital culture, set clinical standards, and mentor doctors while continuing to practice high-quality medicine yourself. You’ll be backed by a collaborative regional leadership team, ensuring you have both autonomy and support to succeed.

- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Pennsylvania

- Comfortable making decisions, driving hospital growth, and adapting to change
