- Work with the operational team to help support future recruitment efforts within the hospital and implement best practices
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree
- Be eligible for a DEA license
- Ideally, you will hold at least 5 years of experience working in clinical practice
- Ideally, you will have previous leadership experience
- Have strong business acumen
- Enjoy teaching and mentoring other doctors and technicians
- Competitive base salary up to $200K + production with no negative accrual
