As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll be joining a dedicated specialty team with a strong technician support ratio (2–3 per DVM), no on-call duties, and a flexible four-day work week (Monday through Thursday). You’ll have the autonomy to shape your surgical caseload and collaborate closely with internal medicine and critical care specialists to deliver truly integrated patient care. The team is actively growing, so your voice and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the surgical services, particularly at the new Jacksonville site.
